As specialists in manufacturing anchor bolts and rods from raw materials emphasizing ASTM F1554 and ASTM A449 material, we stock many 1/2″ to 3 1/2″ diameter round bars in 20′-0 to 40′-0 lengths. Additionally, we can manufacture using many different grades of material including ASTM A615 rebar, Stainless Steel rods, and other assorted carbon steel grades. Our ability to produce within the tolerances prescribed by the American National Standards Institute (A.N.S.I.) makes us a valuable asset to our customers.
Established in 1973, J.H. Botts, LLC. is a valuable source to many industries. Our manufacturing facility in Joliet, Illinois was built in 1995 and houses a variety of threading and manufacturing equipment.
Getting the correct material is only half of the battle our customers face. Having the material delivered on time is another significant challenge. We stock a majority of the standard-size bolts used in the roadway lighting industry, along with bolts for the traffic signal and sign structure industries. We will also custom manufacture to our client’s specific needs.
In addition to threaded products, we manufacture various structural steel items which include Helix Foundations, Grates for Concrete Flared End Sections, and Anchor Bolt Cages.
